Ariel Morales

Ariel Morales, Industrial Designer

I am Industrial Designer from the University from Chile ( Country Chile) and I have a Master Degree in " Master of Arts - System Design" at the University of Applied Sciences Berlin (HTW Berlin). I graduated in 2015 in Design with a specialization in Industrial Design from the University from Chile. Between 2015 and 2017 I worked as an assistant professor in the course "Descriptive Geometry" at the University from Chile. Since 2016 I started my own design studio project related to furniture and currently I continue with my project through my website and Instagram account. I have been living in Berlin since August of the year 2018.

I define myself as an enthusiastic, self-taught, disciplined student who wants to invent the best solutions for every project. My interests in drawing, geometry, occupation of wood, and learning new design programs. I always engage myself with a lot of energy and enthusiasm to learn and acquire new knowledge.

In 2016 I started my own business where I produced different furniture designs for small spaces in apartments or homes in Chile. I had an atelier where I made the furniture and also a page to promote and show my work. Besides that, I also like technical Drawing and Descriptive Geometry, these areas are very important for me in the development and perspective of the project. To create better Ideas and a stronger project about furniture and the optimization of the space. I also like to apply methodology/process that help to order the development of the idea, so you can reach a better execution in the final product.
